MB Pinet operates Hotube and handles enquiries. Contact: info@pinet.lt. The form collects your name, email address, country, postcode, message and any product configuration you submit so that we can consider and answer your request.

Submitted enquiries and any configurations you send are saved with the site identity, source page, submission time and recorded consent. A successful form confirmation means your enquiry was stored; it does not guarantee email delivery to the operator. Retention depends on what is needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business obligations. You can contact info@pinet.lt directly with your enquiry or a request to access, correct or delete your data.

Saved configurations use browser storage on your device and can be cleared with the reset control or your browser settings. A configuration link includes product choices in its fragment; do not add personal information to it. No marketing subscription is created by submitting an enquiry.

We use Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare’s global network to host and deliver this website. Enquiry records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database configured to run and store data within the EU. Cloudflare may process technical request data, including IP addresses and traffic information, to provide and protect the service. The EU database setting does not mean that all website processing takes place only in the EU. Fonts are served by this website. We use no advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

First-party aggregate counters help us understand page use and email-link clicks. They store only the site, day, page path, event and count, with no cookies or visitor identifiers. The counters respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and exclude recognized bots. A click is not a received enquiry.
